Our approach

Morgan Retail prides itself on providing professional, constructive assistance in a friendly and collaborative way, either by offering advice and support or using a hands-on approach, whichever is appropriate.

As a first step, clients are provided with a consultation meeting, free of charge and commitment. This allows us to understand the needs of businesses and the level of support and personnel needed for a successful outcome.

We will then make recommendations, such as professional advice, consultancy or interim management.

All work is carried out in the strictest confidence.


Stephanie Morgan CEO

As Buying, Design and Merchandising Director in several multi-channel retailers, she has successfully repositioned a portfolio of brands, marrying up customer and product requirements. This generally also involved reviewing sourcing strategy and supply base.

Stephanie’s experience covers 30 years of retail in businesses ranging from £20m T/O to in excess of £2bn turnover in both the UK and North America, in all retail channels.

The team

The flexibility that the Morgan Retail team offers its clients is a range of Associate Directors and Consultants with the experience relevant to the assignment. We have specialist skills in buying, merchandising, sourcing, design and finance. Only the people required to deliver the bespoke solution will work on any given project, and in conjunction with your in-house team, we will use our wide experience to get buy-in and long term successful implementation of the solution.
